Metric Unit Conversions

Look up the background and history of the metric system on the Internet. 1. What are the metric units for length, mass, and volume (liquids and solids)? 2. What are the closest English units for each? 3. Know the conversion factors in each category for changing large to small and small to large. Assignment due 9/23/09. Test on that day.
